TERRA GEMELLA– By far my favorite restaurant in Saluzzo, serving genuine and homestyle food. Intimate and charming, the ambience immediately wins you over. Then there’s Omar, owner, server, and sommelier. He loves to take the time to explain the wine list and always makes great suggestions. Romina, his wife and owner commands the humble kitchen. You can hear her chopping away and catch a glimpse through the open door. The thing that makes this place special is the seasonal menu, homemade everything, KM 0 ingredients, and good options for vegetarians. The only place like it in this area. If you are lucky enough to see Gnocchi with Gorgonzola and Pistachios on the menu, it is a MUST!

Omar is the man and steered me into some great wines there, one that I still remember was that Barbaresco that we had with porcini risotto at your place. I couldn't leave without picking up some of those birra artigianale as well.
